Project 365..Day 48

Doesn't he remind you of the little puupy in 101 Dalamations? You know the little pudgy one that just sits there and watches TV?

Project 365...Day 47

As much as she's the Big Sister...she is still little.  We have to remind ourselves this everyday.

Project 365...Day 46

Exhibit B...follow post below. Little brother leads...big brother just watches and follows.

Project 365...Day 45

Little brother is going to be the instigator, the trouble maker, the leader. Here he is pestering his sister. She thinks it is funny for a minute. But what followed was Big Sister getting really angry when her scissors "project" was ripped.

Project 365...Day 44

This is what I usually see on the other side of my office door. Yea...makes concentrating real tough when something so cute is looking at you. (or crying which is a lot of the time)

Project 365...Day 45

Poor Josie has had a rough go. She joins little brother with a February trip to the hospital. Hopefully she is back to her old self soon.

Project 365...Day 44

I wanted to get some pictures of everyone on our bed in their Christmas PJs. (I know it's February) None of those really turned out, but kiddo had fun jumping on the bed!

Project....Day 43

My house was visited this morning by Cupid. I got to sleep in and was greeted with a 2 year old's  serenade of Happy Birthday and the Birthday Dance (see Black and White pic below) Can there can be anything more precious?  Everyone even sported a new outfit that was revealed at breakfast.  I have the sweetest hubby in the world. Happy Birthday to me.

Project 365...Day 42

Bath Time and Baby Eyelashes.....Is it Valentine's Day yet?....I'm in love.

Project 365....Day 42

This a picture from the school Valentine Party which may as well be like Halloween. It's all about the candy. Hand made cards, cute love notes?....Who cares.... give me the sugar loot!

Project 365...Day 41

So girls you will understand this problem. This came in the mail today. My birthday is on Saturday. Of course I can't wait to see what it holds. But it's not my birthday...... yet. It's a big dilemma for me. Open it or wait? But it's a BLUE box...Open it or wait? Open it or wait? Open it or wait? grrrr....

Project 365...Day 40

Project 365...Day 39

We have lots of nice toys at the house. Expensive trips to Toys R Us and fabulous gifts....and you know what makes them laugh? A spoon....a cow spoon.  Notice we are trying to be hip parents and teach them Spanish at the same time. Just humor us - we need it.

Project 365...Day 38

Ok - so I blogged this out of order....see below, but for all the outakes - you do get a keeper.

Project 365...Day 37

Over the last year my parents have taken several extended vacations. Each time I have been asked to take care of Dorthy the Beta Fish. Well let's just say that I can barely get by taking care of my own zoo and the extra being has not faired so well. (as in belly up - twice) We would be on Dorthy the III now. Overfeeding, hot water changes or not enough water changes..yea who knows. But a house is waiting for Dorthy the III.

Project 365...Day 36

So these are from a bit earlier. For every picture that's a "keeper" you get a boat load of these. Outakes if you will.... and the pushing and shoving has already started.

Project 365...Day 35

Yes...we still cage them in and Yes...they still hate it. Have you ever seen such drama?

Project 365...Day 32, 33, 34

We keep track of our guys on a daily chart, otherwise we would never remember who got fed when, medicines, etc. (don't laugh - we need it written down) When I first looked down at the sheet for Monday I was reminded that little brother had a rough weekend and start to his week. There is nothing written on his sheet for Monday because he was in the hospital with RSV. :(  We thought big brother was right behind him, but luckily he fought it off. Everyone is back in good health and we are so very thankful for the great care we received.

Project 364...Day 31

We take turns in the morning getting up with our little roosters. (notice it is still dark) As much as I would like to stay in bed - I do cherish the time alone with them at o'dark thirty. They are always ready for breakfast.

Project 365....Day 30

Waiting for dinner.....

Project 265...Day 29

Big Sister likes to get up early...like 5:30 AM early. Way too early. So we have pulled out all the stops: bribes, fancy nite lights, singing princess clocks, nite light lamps with princesses, promises of ice cream - you name it. One nite light even changes from a sun to a moon with times you set. Moon: 7 PM to Sun: 7 AM, so that if kids can't tell time yet, they just look at the light for guidance. (a picture menu if you will) All of this junk has really only worked one morning - Christmas morning.  We informed her that Santa Claus would only come if she stayed in bed until 7 AM. Well that morning we hear her at the top of stairs a bit after 7 AM. She exclaims, "I stayed in bed till 2 sevens!" I didn't really get what she meant till I met her at her bedroom door and looked at the castle clock and it said 7:07 AM. Ummm...yea - we get schooled by a 2 year old daily.

Project 365...Day 28

A day in the backyard........

Project 365....Day 27

We are learning about dinosaurs.  We have an angel from Brazil at our house that helps with these projects. Pamela will put the world's greatest art teacher to shame. Exihibt A: cute dinosaur costume made from a diaper wipe box and a lunch sack. We are truly blessed everyday with her help.

Project 365...Day 27

Hi....I'm Christy. I have an eating disorder. I eat in the car. ALL the time. It is the only place that I can finish an entire meal. (if you call Chick-Fila, McDonald's or Del Taco food) It is quiet, I can sit down and I can eat an entire serving without being interrupted. Is that so bad? Someone please tell us.... that someday...... we will eat like normal people again.

Project 365...Day 26

Yes....we cage them in.
